Our initiative constructs small, dignified homes for eligible needy families. We verify land documents and government clearances first, ensuring secure ownership before building this essential foundation for stability.

Hearts On Wheels

We provide free, high-quality wheelchairs tailored precisely to individual medical needs. Working directly with doctors, we ensure each chair meets prescribed specifications for optimal support, mobility, and comfort. This empowers disabled individuals with greater independence, access, and restored dignity, unlocking new possibilities for daily life.

We empower individuals to build sustainable livelihoods. We provide skills training, resources, and market access, enabling them to generate stable income, achieve economic independence, and secure their future with dignity and self-reliance.

We Provide nourishing food to vulnerable children with daily nutritious meals, healthy snacks, and essential food items. We also distribute gifts to children during festival times, bringing joy and celebration to their hearts and brightening their days. We ensure access to vital nourishment, enabling them to grow strong, focus on learning, thrive, and reach their full potential with dignity.

Let Love Feed

We provide essential dry rations and groceries for 3-4 months. This temporary support bridges the critical period until beneficiaries achieve stable independence, ensuring security on their path to self-reliance.

We deliver nourishment and compassion to homeless and roadside communities every Sunday, during festivals, special occasions, and natural disasters. We distribute hot meals, water, and essential supplies. Our mission is to ensure no one is forgotten in times of celebration or crisis, offering consistent care and hope where it’s needed most.

I Can Fly

This initiative actively supports the national "Pradhan Mantri TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan". We provide critically needed, doctor-prescribed nutritional supplements to TB patients undergoing treatment at government hospitals. Delivered under strict medical supervision, this targeted nourishment strengthens patients' resilience, supports treatment adherence, and aids recovery. By addressing malnutrition, we contribute directly to India's mission of eliminating TB and restoring patients' health.

We empower persons with disabilities by actively guiding them through government scheme applications, ensuring access to entitlements. We provide personalized support, essential resources like assistive devices, and skill-building, enabling their full participation in society and helping them achieve their goals.

Health is Wealth

Since 2024, Vasantham Foundation has organized 30+ free medical and ophthalmology camps across Tamil Nadu, reaching the underprivileged. Partnering with leading private hospitals, we provide general health screenings, specialist consultations, and counseling for further treatment. In our eye camps, beneficiaries receive free spectacles based on test results. Our mission is to ensure quality healthcare reaches those in need.
