Our Founder

Samson Daniel

For over 21 years, Samson Daniel has dedicated his life to empowering individuals for higher thinking and purposeful living, driven by his faith. Despite physical challenges, his unwavering passion has impacted children, the underprivileged, and corporate leaders.

His journey began with blending personality development and spirituality in early programs. Joining Eternus Foundation in 2005, he became Project In-charge, significantly impacting 50+ families and mentoring over 75 leaders for organizational sustainability. He also developed innovative study methods and taught soft and leadership skills to children.

In the corporate sphere, Samson spent 15 years with Lighthouse Leadership, trained 500+ employees and more than 2000+ children in leadership, Character building and management through OBT. He's renowned for designing over 300 experiential games for soft skills.

A recognized motivational speaker across India, his creative talents also extend to photography, video editing, and puppet show scripts.

Today, Samson is the Founder of Vasantham Foundation, continuing his legacy of empowerment. He also consults for various organizations and works as an event organizer, digital creator and Documentary maker. Samson embodies a powerful synergy of leadership, mentorship, and innovative training, leaving an indelible mark on countless lives across India.
